HOLY FUCKING SHIT OH MY GUNDAM.

Episode 2 was fricking AMAZING. This show just keeps getting better and better. I am SO glad that season 2 is shaping out to be crazy epic and awesome. THE MUSIC IS SO BADASS.

Lyle's outfit is disturbingly reminiscent of Allelujah's everyday clothing in season one. Did anyone else notice that? And Tieria is visiting Lockon's grave in the new ending. ._. While Allelujah visits...the ruins of the facility where he was raised?

I kind of like how this season is having an additional 30 seconds or so of the episode after the ending theme and before the preview.

OH and I do NOT think rescuing Allelujah with Lyle is a good idea, so I hope he isn't involved.... Pulling a mentally unstable psychopath out of a prison where he's been chained up for four years and having him come face to face with the twin of his dead lover friend who has taken on said friend's NAME is not a very nice thing to do.

Sat down and watched the subs today. Streamed the raw like 5 times in a row last night but still didn't know what was going on and now I KNOWWWWW. Well, kind of.

1) Super-pissed and depressed about the Allelujah teaser. Hey, here's two seconds of your beloved in a straightjacket in a prison on an island in the middle of the stormy ocean. And he's all beat-up and chained-up and sad-looking and he's probably been that way for FOUR YEARS. Next episode seems like it will largely be about Lyle. So I'm afraid I'll have to wait until episode 3 or later to see Alle free and in his new smexy Gundam.

2) Setsuna and Saji hahaha. Poor Tieria was so mad that Saji didn't just shoot Setsuna. Now T can commiserate with him. Adult Saji has the same crazy faces as Light Yagami. And not only has Saji's neighbor ruined his life, but sooner or later he's going to find out his girlfriend just tried to kill him.

3) Sumeragi and Billy end up together again? XD WHEN DID THIS HAPPEN????

4) Sergei and Soma ftw?

5) BLOOD AND GORE IN THIS SEASON. MORE SPLODEY. ENOUGH SAID.

6) Music. Badass as ever.

7) Did Setsuna REALLY make some comment about how Tieria hasn't physically grown or changed in 4 years? Still socially awkward as ever, I see.

8) Judging by the "ending theme", which is the opening, Ali's hair has turned back to exactly what it was when we first met him. For some reason that amuses me.

10) WHY THE HELL MUST THEY MAKE EVERYONE LOOK SO SAD IN THE SONG??? WHY IS ALLE CRYING??????? WHYYYYYYY???????? And all the people who died in season one are there....Setsuna's obviously still crazy over what happened to Lockon. Allelujah's even more deranged now. I have a bad feeling this season is going to be hella depressing.

I need to go slog through the community now and try to pick up any tidbits that I may have missed over the last month or so. Like manga scanlations if they exist and a little more background on what happened in those 4 years. I was surprised at how well I could follow what was going on (probably because they don't expect the average watcher to be a psychotic rabid fan reading every rumor that ever comes out), but I still feel like I'm missing something.

Sooooo excited though, because that was an awesome episode and if the rest of the season is going to be like this, well....

OH YEA AND I NEED A NEW LAYOUT. A GUNDAM LAYOUT. I want one with all three Alles...hrm.

Okay I lied. I HAVE TO TALK ABOUT GUNDAM BEFORE DISAPPEARING.

So in the August 2008 Newtype there is a pinup poster of the boys. Allelujah wears a speedo. Lockon and Setsuna have trunks, and Tieria's just wearing his usual gay clothes. BUT ALLELUJAH IN SPEEDO??? It should show Hallelujah too. He probably wears nothing. ANYWAY. (Alle is evidently the best at cooking of all four of them, while T is the worst. Haha)

Lots of new stuff released about season 2, but in reality, none of it is that new. We know that Setsuna is now in charge, that it's the Gundams versus The Arrows (the baddies have a name now), that Lockon is not Neil (big surprise), and a few other things. But most of what's in those interviews isn't that new. Like Saji playing a bigger role (wasn't this hinted at back in March or April?). So yea, not much new in the interview. What DID interest me is this:

Allelujah becomes angsty and pissy and it seems that even though Halle is "gone", he's going to be dangerous? So even after four years he's still mourning the loss of Halle. Sadist that I am, I am happy about this. I didn't want Alle to come back as the same old Alle. I want him to be dark and angry. Oh yea, and high-res scans out now. Allelujah DOES still have one silver eye, one gold eye. <3 Which means Halle may come back.

Tieria evidently joins Team Rocket. Maybe with Patrick.

I've changed my mind. I want that drama CD. Because Hallelujah is in charge of a group of juvenile delinquents. YESSSSSSSSSSSSS. So hot.

Still trying to figure out what's going on here. Supposedly this is season two...?

1) Evidently Allelujah's eye grew back. I guess whether or not he actually lost that eye was ambiguous, but I expected at least a SCAR. Half his face got blown off, and he doesn't even have a scar???? Though this means that Hallelujah IS very likely coming back. Not only has the director refused to say whether he's alive or dead, but Alle's pretty face is still perfect on his Halle side.

2) Four years and they still have the same hairstyles. Hrm. Except Allelujah, who has finally admitted his psychotic obsession with Johann and is now copying his haircut. Great. Now Nena's going to try and molest him. Unfortunately, their flightsuits took a turn for the worse. I thought they were kind of sexy first season. These are just....awful.

3) ART STYLE FUCK THE WHAT THAT IS WAY DIFFERENT THAN SEASON TWO. It looks kind of low-budget and gaudy. Actually, it looks a lot like this art style, which was proven to be a fake.

4) LYLE YOU CAN NOT BE A GUNDAM MEISTER THAT IS SO LAME. THEY CAN'T JUST REPLACE LOCKON HRI3NGLQEO;ON IOTJ I.

5) Finding it hard to believe that Sunrise would release this much information about it all at once. Granted, it's only a picture, but from it we know that Set, Alle, and T are all alive and still together, and that Lyle has taken Lockon's place as a Meister and the four are all working together.

6) Anyone else still not really believing this?

THE WORST THING IS THAT I REMEMBER THIS SONG. And it's so weird how much it fits. Not only is Madonna Mello, but David Bowie is Cytomander. Yea I have to embed another damn video.

Vampire Knight is evidently 2 13-episode seasons now. This pisses me off. Because after episode 13 is subbed...I have two more episodes of Persona, and then I'm only watching Nabari No Ou. I gave up on CG. Which means I'm probably going to get bored enough to seriously start watching Bleach. Especially now that friggin DMP showed me the musicals and I found them far more entertaining than should be legal.

Tiny bit of news in the Gundam world. There is a manga that is going to focus on the pasts of the meisters. Which is cool. They did it for Gundam Wing too... It will be nice to have more info, though they actually did a damn good job of fitting in the character pasts in season one (at least for Setsuna, Lockon, and Allelujah; we may need to know more about Ali, Lyle, and Marie, but at least they didn't leave all four heroes as mysteries). So I'm guessing the back stories will be mostly about those characters and the heroes' relationships with them. And Tieria ftw. Who knows what his past was.

I wish I had something more exciting to post today for it, but I really...don't. Oh, well, I opened my gundam00_rating community last night. Got an explosion of apps, which is to be expected, but now I'm thinking I should have waited until I got all the...stamps....first. This will really be my first active community. I've had two joke ones in the past, each one for a small group in a certain fandom. But this is the first one that's open membership and has a co-mod and everything. I hope everything goes well.


I'm sure most of you have seen this, but..... I still find it hysterical. I don't know why. Madonna cosplaying as Mello from Death Note. And the lyrics remind me of him, too. I bet Mello dances like this.

Yea. Really haven't been on LJ much for almost a week now. Haven't been ONLINE much. Real life is kind of beating me down at the moment. Lot of different reasons, none of which are particularly interesting. Just shit like I got my school bill and I'm, uhm, completely screwed. I started work and am only getting a few hours a week for some reason. I got my report card and the professor I hate gave me a lower grade than is possible considering my average in that class. I have some stomach bug thing. Char and I went out and got attacked my mysterious flying cow crap. BLAH BLAH BLAH. Just a lot of dumb little things that, when they add up, really put me in one helluva bad mood. I've been trying to get my sleep schedule back to normal for work purposes, so that's the main thing cutting into my internet time. That and I've just been being avoidant. So sorry about neglecting comments and friends list and purg and all of that. I haven't written a fic in two months. I don't know wtf is wrong with me.

I GOT MY HALLELUJAH FIGURINE. She had put my address down wrong, so it got sent back to her. It had to be sent twice....but he's here now, so I'm happy. My Haro broke, on the other hand. And I think it's really broken this time, so I'm kind of upset about that. I've heard that other peoples' broke early on too, so there's likely a glitch in them or something. I can't exactly return it and wait for a new one though. So ;_; my cute Haro.....

Uhmmmmm Hallelujah is the fucking sexiest man ever. He's a BEAST. <3 WATCH THIS EVEN IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT GUNDAM IS. He's the guy who starts stripping. I can't believe someone made this. Holy crap.

And all the characters dance in character, which is totally bizarre. Like if you asked the five of them to street-dance, that's probably how they would do it....THANK YOU pandatchi, I CAN'T STOP WATCHING IT NOW.
